Spazio Conforenza, the Conference Room at the Olympia Casa Mia, is available by reservation only. The room will seat up to thirty, with additional seating for up to 10 on a private patio. For receptions, groups of up to fifty can be accommodated if seating is not required.

In Spazio Conforenza, service can be difficult due to the distance from the kitchen and limited space. We want to offer the best possible service for your event, so we have the following foodservice policies: groups of up to ten must order from the Spazio Conforenza menu, a limited Casa Mia regular menu. Groups of more than fourteen must order from our buffet menu. It is impossible to adequately serve individual orders for large groups. Groups of ten to fourteen may choose to order from either the Spazio Conforenza menu or the buffet menu. For receptions, we can create a menu of lighter items that can be eaten while standing.

The room is equipped with a television/VCR, high speed internet access, a bulletin/white board and 110 and 240 volt power outlets.

The room rental fee is $50.00 for up to four hours, and $10.00 per hour for each additional hour. If foodservice totals more than $100.00, the four-hour rental fee is waived.

Weekday parking is very limited, so groups must carpool or walk. Ample on street parking is available evenings and weekends.
